Q.01 Do therapists undergo STD testing?
A. Our therapists are required to undergo specific tests once a month and disclose the results. Please feel free to use our services with confidence.
Q.02 Do you have an age restriction?
A. Our services are limited to women aged 20 and over. Minors are not allowed to use our services.
Q.03 When should I make a reservation?
A. Same-day reservations are generally possible, but if you have a preferred therapist or date, we recommend making your reservation early. Typically, reservations can be made within 10 days, and for DMs, reservations can be made further in advance.
Q.04 Is it possible to change a reservation?
A. If there is availability for your preferred date and therapist, we will accommodate the change. Please contact the reception in advance.
Q.05 Is it possible to go on a date?
A. Of course. Basically, as long as it is within your reserved time, we can accommodate any request, such as dining, driving, or going out for drinks. Please feel free to use our services according to your preferences at the time.
Q.06 I'm nervous because it's my first time. Is that okay
A. Please rest assured! Feeling nervous is completely natural. Our therapists are committed to providing gentle and attentive care to ensure that first-time customers can relax and enjoy their experience.
Q.07 Can men use women's services?
A. Our services are exclusively for women, and men are not allowed to use them.
Q.08 I'm not sure which therapist to choose since it's my first time.
A. Please feel free to consult with the reception. We can recommend therapists who are suitable for beginners or match your preferences.
Q.09 Is it possible to call late at night?
A. Our store is open until 5 a.m., so it is possible to call late at night on the same day. The therapist can arrive at your desired location in as little as 15 minutes.
Q.10 Can I contact the therapist directly?
A. Through X's DM, it is possible for the therapist and the customer to communicate directly. For inquiries regarding reservations, please feel free to confirm via DM.
Q.11 Is it possible to use the service without specifying a therapist?
A. Yes, the reception will select and guide you to a therapist that matches your preferences.
Q.12 Can I refuse the service if I feel uncomfortable during the treatment?
A. If you feel uncomfortable, please let the therapist know on the spot. You can also stop the treatment if you wish.
Q.13 Can I check the therapist's age and background?
A. You can check the profile for this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Q.14 Can I request specific services?
A. We will respond to requests within a reasonable range. If you have specific wishes, please let us know in advance. However, requests that violate prohibited items or guidelines will be declined.
Q.15 What do you talk about in counseling?
A. In counseling, we will ask about the kind of time you want to spend, the activities you want to do, and any activities you want to avoid. Please answer within the scope of what you can share.
Q.16 Is the hotel fee included in the price?
A. The hotel fee is not included in the price and will be borne by the customer. You may need to check in before use, or the therapist may guide you. If you have any concerns about choosing a hotel, please consult with the therapist or reception.
Q.17 Can I add option fees on the day of the service?
A. If you let the therapist know on the day, we can accommodate your request. Please check the details and fees for options in advance.
Q.18 Can I use the service during my period?
A. 施術はご遠慮いただいておりますが、リラクゼーションメインに変更したりデートに切り替えるなど、内容を調整することは可能です。事前にご相談ください。
Q.19 Can I extend my session on the day of the service?
A. Yes, it is possible to extend your session depending on the circumstances of the day. However, please understand that there may be cases where we cannot accommodate your request, such as when there is a subsequent reservation.
Q.20 Are there any prohibited items?
A. Yes, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

・Use by individuals under the age of 20

・Sexual intercourse

・Excessive service requests not included in our menu or actions that the therapist dislikes (or finds painful)

・Eavesdropping or recording without permission

・Recruiting or poaching male staff

・Use by members of organized crime groups or individuals associated with them

・Use by individuals under the influence of drugs (e.g., marijuana, stimulants, thinner, etc.)

・Use by individuals who are heavily intoxicated

・Use by individuals infected with sexually transmitted diseases or other contagious diseases

・Any other actions deemed inappropriate by our staff

・Personal demands for discounts or forcing free extensions

・Use by pregnant individuals
