Who Can Use This Service

Q1. Who can use OASIS?

Only women aged 20 or older can use OASIS. Men cannot use this service.

Q2. When can someone not use this service?

People who are pregnant, heavily intoxicated, using drugs, connected to organized crime groups, or infected with an STI cannot use this service.

Q3. Is it okay even for first-time users?

According to OASIS's official Q&A, many users are first-time users. Customers range widely in age, from their 20s to their 60s, and include office workers, homemakers, self-employed people, and business owners.

About the Day of Your Appointment

Q4. What happens during the appointment?

First, there is a counseling session, where you are asked what kind of time you would like to spend, and what you do or do not want to do. You only need to answer as much as you feel comfortable with. After that, there may be time for a bath, stretching or oil massage, and conversation.

Q5. Can I stop in the middle?

According to the official Q&A, if you feel uncomfortable during the session, you can say so at any time, and the session can be stopped.

Q6. Does the service include intercourse?

No. OASIS's official website states that intercourse is strictly prohibited. This is also not allowed under Japanese law (the Anti-Prostitution Law).

Q7. Can I use the service during my period?

Therapists normally avoid hands-on treatment during your period, but you can discuss adjusting the plan, such as focusing on relaxation or switching to a date-style meeting.

Q8. Are there rules about clothing or things to bring?

There is no dress code, and you do not need to bring anything special.

Q9. Can I change therapists after we meet?

In principle, you cannot change therapists once you have met.

Price and Booking

Q10. Is the hotel fee included in the price?

No. The hotel fee, and any other costs that come up during a date, are paid by the customer.

Q11. Is there a cancellation fee?

Under OASIS Global's rules, canceling on the day of the appointment costs 100% of the total price, canceling the day before costs 50% of the course price, and canceling two days before or earlier is free.

Q12. Can I book in English or Chinese?

OASIS Global can respond in English and Chinese. For other languages, please check at the time of booking.
