  • The 5 steps to booking
  • What you will be asked when booking
  • Meeting methods and the flow of the day

Step 1: Check Therapist Profiles on the Official Page

The official OASIS Global page shows each therapist's profile photo, self-introduction, work schedule, reviews, and photo diary. Choosing 1–2 therapists you are interested in beforehand will make booking smoother. If you are not sure, you can ask for advice when you make your reservation.

Step 2: Decide the Date, Time, and Location

  • Date and time: Reception hours and appointment times are in Japan time
  • Location: In many cases, this is the hotel where you are staying. Whether outside visitors are allowed in your room depends on the hotel. Please check the hotel's rules before booking

For OASIS Tokyo Main Store, you can choose from the following 3 meeting methods.

Method Details
Meet-up You meet the therapist at a station or similar place, then go to the hotel together
You check in to the hotel first and the therapist joins you You check in to the hotel first, and the therapist arrives afterward
Your home Outcall (the therapist comes to your hotel or meets you nearby) to your home

Business hotels may require an additional fee.

Step 4: What You Will Be Asked When Booking

On the OASIS Tokyo Main Store booking page, you will be asked for the following information. It is fine to leave any items blank if you are not sure.

  • Date of use and start time
  • Whether this is your first time using the service, or if you are a member
  • Your name (a nickname is fine) and mobile phone number
  • The area you will use the service in, and the detailed location
  • Whether you want meet-up, "you check in to the hotel first and the therapist joins you", or your home
  • Your preferred therapist (first choice and second choice)
  • Whether it is a first-time nomination or repeat nomination
  • Course
  • Payment method (cash or cashless)

When you book, it is a good idea to confirm the total price as well.

Step 5: What Happens on the Day

The official OASIS Tokyo Main Store website describes the flow of the day as follows.

  1. Meeting up
  2. Counseling (you share your preferences, physical condition, worries, and things you are not comfortable with)
  3. Bathing (you can choose to bathe together or separately)
  4. Stretching and oil massage
  5. Conversation time
  6. Bathing and seeing you off
